Registration
Go to AES (Advancedeventsystems.com) to register your team for entry.
Electronic payment is preferred. Otherwise, if paying my check, print the completed entry form. Include the form with your check made out and mailed to SE Sports Events LLC, XXXX. One check per team. Make sure to be specific for which event you are paying for.

- 2027 Cardinal Championship – Registration opens September 2026
Roster Requirements
- Age-waivered players are NOT allowed on any roster
- A maximum of 15 athletes are allowed on a team roster
- All athletes listed on the roster must have a birth date and uniform number listed
- Athlete’s position is mandatory before a team can complete online team check-in
Payment

Hotels
Our events are NOT stay to play. We work with THS to get you the best hotel rates in the area.
Refund Policy
Refunds must be submitted via email to info@SEsportsevents.com and received by December 31st, which is the last day to receive a full refund regardless of acceptance status.
Division Changes
SE Sports Events will attempt to accomodate requests for division changes. If we are unable to make the change, we will place your team on a list to be next in line for the requested division if a team drops or if space opens.
If your division is too small, the tournament director has the right to combine your division with the next closest division without notice or possibility of a refund.
Submit requests to info@SEsportsevents.com and include the following info:
- Club name
- Team name
- FJ Code
- Current division entered
- Division being requested
Do not assume that the request has been granted untiul you receive and email notification that confirms the move has been processed.
Team Drops
All requests to drop from the event must be submitted via email by the person listed as the main contact in AES.
Submit all requests to info@SEsportsevents.com and include the following information:
- Statement requesting to be removed
- Tournament Name
- Club name
- Team name
- FJ Code
- Division entered
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the drop have been processed.
